- My friends call me "George". I have done a lot of research into food and cooking and have decided that I'd like to help people in a way that allows me to share my passion. The goal for this site (aside from giving me practice writing on a regular basis again) is to help teach people about the food that they eat and give them a different perspective on ways that they can understand cooking.
